Now, here are a few more photos from this year's backlog. The common theme is the dodginess of my beard. In order:

Interesting blog by one of the key people on the Mozilla project (born out of Netscape, who now make the almost-famous Firefox browser). She is especially good on:

- dearth of women in Open Source projects (seems even worse than in general IT)
- need for a more structured approach to cooperation (not just relying on goodwill)
- need to understand better the interrelation between Open Source projects and the commercial world (after all, many Open Source programmers have a day job)
